I’m Joi “JC” Carmichael, a Realtor® and Associate Broker serving Madison and Limestone Counties in North Alabama. I help homeowners who are behind on their mortgage, worried about foreclosure, or unsure what comes next. I also work with buyers, sellers, and people getting ready for homeownership.
I believe real estate should feel less confusing and a whole lot more personal. As The Homeowner Advocate, I lead with education, honest guidance, and care. I’m not here to rush you into a decision. I’m here to help you understand the process and feel supported while you make one.

I’m a Realtor®, not an attorney, tax advisor, or lender. When something is outside my lane, I’ll say so and point you to the right professional, such as your servicer or a HUD-approved housing counselor.
