Information you choose to share
You can browse this site without creating an account. The homeowner questionnaire saves the information you submit in a hosted website database: your name, phone number or email address, topic, county, situation, sale date if provided, goals, message, and submission date. A phone number or email address is required so JC can respond. The private submissions view is restricted to JC’s authorized signed-in account.
When you contact JC
If you call, text, or email, the details you share may be used to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and discuss requested real estate services. Please share only general information through the contact form. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or financial documents.
Website hosting and external services
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as connection and request information, under its own policies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to contact Google. Home images are served from this site. No advertising pixels or website analytics scripts have been added to this version. The scheduling page embeds a GoHighLevel/LeadConnector booking calendar. Opening that page connects your browser to that provider; appointment details you submit there are processed through JC’s GoHighLevel account and the provider’s services. The website’s contact questionnaire remains separate from the booking form.
Links and email applications
Links to HUD, CFPB, social media, and other services lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Your email, phone, and messaging providers also handle communications under their own policies.
